We are currently seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our forward-thinking team.Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, creative Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience at a luxury residential interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential FF&E and construction projects and an excellent skill set for project management. Additional characteristics ideal for this position include adaptability, strong communication skills, the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design.Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed design presentations, including floor plans, elevations, concept boards, and material selections, with an exceptional level of design that aligns with the firm’s aesthetic.
Oversee residential design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of quality are met.
Keep project details organized and ensure the firm’s signature design process is executed.
Manage client and vendor communication.
Collaborate with coworkers with a focus on a team approach during all stages of the design process.
Confidently present design ideas to team members and clients.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and scheduling to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience working at a luxury residential interior design firm.
Experience with residential renovation and new construction projects.
Project management skills, with experience overseeing projects from start to finish.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keynote, and Pages.
Experience using Studio Designer is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
